Stuart Lake Day Use Area Pass

Kisatchie National Forest

There is an assortment of recreational opportunities within the Stuart Lake Recreation Complex. Situated on a beautiful 5-acre lake surrounded by pine-hardwood forest, this area provides year-round outdoor recreational opportunities for camping, picnicking, canoeing (non-motorized boating), fishing, hiking, bicycling, and nature study.   

The day use facility includes flush toilets, paved parking, a fishing pier, shore fishing, a swimming beach, picnic tables and barbeque grills. 

All visitors must display a valid pass at day use fee sites. Please write down your confirmation number on the provided fee envelope and display the pass in your vehicle on the dash.  

This pass does not guarantee parking availability. For your safety, please remember that parking outside of designated areas is discouraged and visitors who park illegally may be fined and towed. This pass is valid until 11:59 PM on the date listed on the pass and only for the date and vehicle specified for this pass.  

Golden Age Passport or America the Beautiful Interagency Pass discounts are applicable. Passes are non-transferrable, non-refundable, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and are void if altered or reproduced. The Kisatchie National Forest Annual Day-Use Pass is applicable.
