Conditions on the mountain can change rapidly, and the lake can be frequently obscured by clouds. Please check weather conditions before purchasing a pass, refunds will not be provided due to poor road conditions or limited lake views. Crater Lake National Park accepts payment in person during Operating Hours & Seasons and honors valid Interagency Passes (Annual, Senior, Access, Military, etc.).

Print out or download the pass on your mobile device in advance of your visit. There is currently no cell phone service or Wi-Fi at the south entrance, and overall service throughout the park is limited.
Crater Lake sits at an elevation of 6,900 feet (2103m) in the Cascades of Southern Oregon. Winters bring an average of 50 feet (15m) of snow to the park which can last well into the summer. Park conditions continually change, and we strongly encourage all persons to check the park's Current Conditions web page before planning a trip to Crater Lake, regardless of the time of year.
Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and are void if altered or reproduced. We encourage visitors to check the weather forecast prepare for weather conditions. We are unable to issue refunds due to weather.
